Continuing to Move Forward with Zbrush

What I’ve found with Zbrush is that it is not necessarily sculpting with the brushes that is the hard part. The difficulty comes from figuring out how to use everything else. I’ve run into issues with Zspheres and getting them to convert to editable mesh. There was also a problem with trying to mirror but it kept giving me an error that the mesh didn’t have polygons… but it did.

Overall though, I think the best solution is just to spend a lot of time with the program and google things as I am able to find solutions. My peers who have also been using Zbrush have also been a great help with this endeavor.

Here is a sample of a WIP that I am making. I hope to add a body (which was the Zsphere difficulty mentioned earlier) and wings to create a more full result. Capture.PNG
